By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. You will receive an order confirmation via the contact information provided at checkout.

We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

You agree not to use fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods. Any suspected fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.

We currently ship within Kerala, India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days within Kerala.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the courier.

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or taste preference.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or spoiled product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

All Jaanki Jaane products contain peanuts and may contain traces of other nuts, gram flour, and spices. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please read the ingredient label carefully before consuming.

Our products are manufactured in a facility that handles peanuts, gram flour, and spices. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Always store products as directed on the packaging. Consume before the best-before date printed on the pack.
